Store Alert Training Guide

Part Six: What Now?

Get a group together to conduct the store survey! Do you already have a group? Great! Check out the Taking Action section of our site for next steps.

Want to get started, but looking for partners? You may wish to start with groups that already exist in your community. Is there a local chapter of the American Lung Association, American Heart Association or American Cancer Society? They may be able to help you. Are there local church or school groups that might be interested in a community service project? What about your local Boy or Girl Scouts? A health coalition? Other non-profit agencies? Contact agencies in your community and find out!

Your group will also need to complete the Store Alert training so they too understand how to do the survey. They can complete the online training just as you have. If they don't have access to a computer, use the materials we provide on the website and hold your own training. All of our downloads can be reproduced and used for education and advocacy.

Thanks for your good work!
