Using Survey Results
Follow the steps below to complete the data submission process. Please note that steps 2 and 3 become available AFTER you have entered your survey data!
| It's essential that you enter the results for all of your stores in one sitting, because our system will NOT save your data after you leave this section. |
Step One

Enter Store Alert survey data. Once you've entered your data, you will then be allowed to generate a report. After you finish generating a report, you will be allowed to create a letter. Remember, your data will not be permanently saved, so it's important that all data be entered in one sitting!
Step Two

When you have entered all your survey data, you will be allowed to compile and place it on a print-ready page (a new window will open). This report will not be saved, so make sure you print a copy for your records.
Generate A Store Alert Data Report.
Remember, this report will not be stored, so print a copy now to save for your records.
Step Three

Once you've entered all of your survey data, your data will be incorporated into our letter templates. Complete, print, and send the letter to your local officials today. This is the most important step in the process - gathering the data is the first piece, but sharing your data is what will allow us to reclaim our stores from the tobacco companies.
Create a Personalized Letter or a General Letter.
The data you entered will be placed in our letter template for you to print.
The personalized letter lets you enter your contact information and your government official's name and address. The general letter leaves space for you to hand-address your letter after it's printed. Both options allow you to generate and print a ready-to-mail letter.
